Schmeckt aus dem Bembel direkt nochmal besser. Kaum in der Kneipe, da schießt St. Gilloise auch direkt den Siegtreffer.

The pure stuff. Many don't like it's acidic tartness/sourness. That's o. k., it leaves more for the hardcore gueuze/lambic lover. Has an earthiness to it.

Riecht nach Faulen Eiern. Schmeckt aber überhaupt nicht danach. Trocken, Brett, abgestanden, wenig Kohlensäure, wenig Säure.

May be improper storage but it tastes oxidized and off. Like "my dishwasher needs cleaning" kinda off. It might just be that the sourness isn't there so there is no glue to the flavours.

Hij ruikt echt nog veel ranziger dan dat ie is. En hij is inderdaad zo zuur als ze op de kaart al noemden.
