Schmeckt aus dem Bembel direkt nochmal besser. Kaum in der Kneipe, da schießt St. Gilloise auch direkt den Siegtreffer.

Musty grapefruits, pleasant mild sulphur, dry grainy, well hopped Lambik. Top one.

Moeilijk wit schuim, verwijnt onmiddelijk. Geeloranje, troebel, geen pareling. Aroma azijnachtig, proper stalletje, grassig. Mondgevoel dik, eerder rond, plat Afdronk bevestigend, blijft even hangen

24 avril. Grote Dorst last day 🫣Un tasting des differents lambics, ça c’était trop le fun. Boon était bien floral, framboise aussi, assez sec.

Tasting #3. So much better than any American-produced lambic. Not very sour, tbh. Refreshing for this hot day!
