Opened straight from cellar. Exploded everywhere. Soaked. All over the wall. Stinks. Fortunately it tastes great. Musty. Rather subdued on all fronts which is a surprise given the dramatic opening and stench.

Funky, oranges, appricot , farms, green apples, sour nose. Flavor is moderate sour tarty funky semi dry very balanced. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture.

В первый раз больше зашло. Это был отрыв. Возможно, уже уходит на покой. Баланс уползает в кислотность, фанк теряет благородность, фирменная Боновская горечь потерялась. Перляж еще огонек

Тоже столовый отличный вариант, чуть более выразителен по вкусу, чем 5 эдишен, чуть более ярок, зубки острее, немного горенький, и нравится мне больше, хотя конвенционального изыску в этом образце вероятно меньше.

LCI - Från igår. Himla trevlig. Oxidationen har gjort den väldigt rund å soft, har förvisso inget att jämföra med 🤷♂️

Read recently it's time to pop this one now. Loud pop, but no gusher. High carbonation, funky and very dry. Balanced sour with oak, lemon, green apples and some vanilla. Finish is rather short though, which lets the minerals come through more than needed

Слишком редко такие сорта пью, чтобы не успевали улетучиваться из памяти тонкие различия между ними. Ну в целом это очень искристый, сухой и терпкий эль с ярко выраженными дикими дрожжами. И осадок лютый

Très sèche et assez amère. Funk moins présente que sur la mariage parfait par ex mais carbo plus fine. C'est bon sans plus
