Interesting expression. Sourness, bitterness, funk, and wood. All the good things in one bottle.

The sourness is quite a lot overtaken by a sort of harshness from the barrel. Defenitely not the standard version. Taste is personnal. If it is the best geuze in the world? You have to decide by yourself.

INTENSELY STRONG oak flavours. Not that used to it... But I guess that's how it's amazing.

Far gjør det usedvanlig godt i UNO i kveld. For en fantastisk følelse! Òg, for en herlig fantastisk frisk lett Boon-øl. Skal ikke si undervurdert, for dry er det ikke, men det er definitivt underdrukket

Boisé, fruité et poussiéreux. Acidité moyenne avec une magnifique balance. C'est très bon, probablement dans mes prefs de boon jusqu'à présent.

T is gewoon zonde dat zoiets 5 jaar nodig heeft om op smaak te komen. Je zou willen dat je zoiets iedere dag kon bottelen.
