Great for over 6 years old. No more sour than it was fresh. Lot of additional funk. Fruit faded some

Still a lot of good cherry notes, but acidity level is rising. A5 Japanese wagyu 👌🏻

Not much fruit left, fairly acidic, but expected for this old of raspberry beer

Smelled old/oxidized, as expected, but tasted pretty damn good for the age. Apparently this was recently purchased from Dogfish Head, so probably cellared well
