Oude Geuze Boon - Bone Dry Mikkeller Selection (2015)
Still highly carbed (that glass was rinsed right before pouring), but cork didn’t remove itself or make a mess. Acid level seems to have dropped since last having it, but funk has increased. Doing really well now

Really nice batch May bump .25* by the time I get to the bottom of the bottle.

Definitely some oxidation here as evidenced by the really dark color. still carbed well. Smells like one would expect a ~11yr old Barleywine to smell. Hops faded, lot of malt sweetness. The ~18% is definitely well hidden after this extended aging.
