Gooseberry is a bit vegetal at this point. Tons of funk, bit of brine. Less fruit.

Much fruitier than 2005. Less brine, more berry. And as a result, much more enjoyable.

1999 sticker date. Sweet, touch of tartness, plenty of fruit still present, which is surprising but awesome. Flavor fades a bit quick but tartness lingers.

Lou Pepe Framboise (2005) Miller
2005 sticker date. Higher acidity than usual, still plenty of berry flavor. Slightly sweet on the finish.

This actually held up incredibly well. It's still funky, not at all astringent, and there's plenty of white grape flavor still. I'm rather impressed. This is excellent.

Blåbær Lambik (Blueberry Lambic) (2021) Miller
Drier than the blåbær I've had before. Light berry, very clean, not very tart.

Time has pickled the apricot a touch, which leads to an interesting flavor. It's certainly not as good as fresh or even a few years old but it's nonetheless excellent, as the fruit and funk are still very much there.

15Oct2018 bottle. Had this same bottling two years ago and thought it was much lighter than today. The grape has sweetened up and shines much more.

CLAC! (Trois Cépages) (2019) Miller
Yeah this is basically perfection. Grape flavor is so clear you'd think it's wine until the end when the cantillon funk pops through to round out the flavor. Awesome balance.
