Can taste the age on it. Back end has a tanginess to it like a soy sauce or teriyaki, but still has a dank sourness all the way through. Very interesting. Lucky find!

Very dry with mild funk and apple flavors. Mild tartness too.

Really nice. Barrel holds well. Not overly sour drinks so well. Highlights why cantillon is the best in this category

Pours a mostly clear golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor shows notes of light citrus, funk, wheat, old oak, and classic barnyard notes. Medium bodied with soft carb and a lightly tart finish. A little oxidized. Drinking great.
