Animalistic funk, cheesy, Oak, loads of grape, tannins, blackcurrant, ribes. Great red grape lambic, but needs more time for the lambic to shine.

Attaque douce et progressive sur les notes de raisin, puis les notes acidulées prennent le pas. Une bonne longueur en bouche portée sur le raisin et l'acidité comme sur le vin

2017 Carignan blijkt de beste Cantillon die ik ooit gedronken heb. Dit komt niet eens in de buurt. Laatste keer viel deze ook al tegen. Wederom dun, flets.
