Zero nose upon repeated sniffs. Very salty, minimal funk. Only mildly expressive. Not my fave.

Atelier de Noël 2023. 🎄Le vrai esprit Cantillon. Ça sent le fut et même un peu la poussière de fût .. et ça goûte fort le fût. C’est équilibré à la Cantillon, c’est bon.

Atelier de Noël 2023 ! 🎄Assez perturbé par l’odeur, ça sent le bois pourri. J’arrive pas trop à comprendre ce que je bois, mais il y a les spécificités de Cantillon qui flattent mes papilles malgré tout. ❤️

4.15. It's okay. Quite old, oxidized and lots of lemony hints. To me the time almost overrules the barrel.

Brewed in 2013, bottled in 2015, and now get to enjoy this gem thanks to Jeff J. ! Super cantillion classic mineraly, with perfect level of cognac sweetness barrel goodness finish. Delightful!

Delicate cognac aroma. Leave the beer to the glass to breathe. Cognac is so well integrated. All the complexity comes out in the aftertaste. Long halo of cognac after that. So nice brew.

Cognac sweetness really ramps up in the middle, great balance. Much better than the 18 batch

Would normally be a 4.75, but it went alongside 2 5s. 🤷♂️ Much less barrel character than the 2020 I just drank. It's present but I've never found b3 to be strong barrel. Still, a nice, well-rounded bottling with just enough cognac to distinguish it.

Heerlijk. Zuurtje, maar erg zacht. Totaal niet astringent. Mooi eiken, beetje vineus, abrikoos. Prima verjaardagsbier thx benzai

Peppery, funk, dusty, earthy. Some floral, but mainly it is dusty cellar mark. Delicate barrel note, old Cognac is getting is way through. Finish is dry, mildly warm on throat. 4.40
