C’est bon. Pas mal bon. Nez ultra agréable de confiture de framboise. En bouche, ça goûte la cerise et la framboise. Sucré, peu acide, superbe.

Cantillon at its best. Freshly squeezed raspberries, almost like doing it with your bare hands. Super aromatic, in mouth surprises not being as tart as expected. Really fruity, funky, beautiful, delicious.

Heel mooi zuur. Vol fruit, cassis met alcohol, in de positieve zin van het woord.

Tastes like fresh, stewed raspberries. Some woodiness. Nice depth of flavor without being too sweet or sour. Bottled 11 May 2020.

Zeer tevreden met eerste Lambic ervaring, framboos in de neus en gelukkig niet te zuur in de mond voor mij. Lekker!

Very acidic, very funky lots of raspberry of course, jammy even. Super dry finish, delicious but maybe a little too sour. Not a lot to complain about here. Basically the gold standard.

4.40. Fresh, exploded and pure raspberries. Although floral aroma is not developed but still a world-class Framboise Lambic.

Gorgeous. Raspberries present in the best way - complimenting the tartness but also giving a hint of sweetness, and just so much of their natural flavour. Obviously backed up by wonderful geuze, giving a tart fruit yoghurt experience. 👌
