Carbonation on the champagne feel side

I'm a homeowner! Very tart, great head retention. Fruity. A slight bit earthy/mineral/salt-gose. Pre-chilled it but then thought we couldn't open it because we forgot a wine cork. Sat it on the bathroom sink for 20 min and the cork lifted itself enough :)

Raspberry juice, balsamic vinegar, lemon peel, musty oak, hint of cinnamon and horse blanket, fantastic as always.
