Light body and delicate. Takes a bit to fully appreciate it all. Quite dry. Tart raspberries, without any sweetness. Tart red cherries. Rose petals, or maybe my mind is playing tricks. Really interesting barrel oak notes here - old cheese, herbs?

Incredibly strong, sour and tart at first but it mellows out. It's really fruity, with raspberry and strawberry dominating the flavour profile. It's quite dry and sharp on the finish, a good thirst quencher. My first lambic and it is fantastic.

So so good. Beautifully fruity and almost floral. Wonderful acidity and so much flavor

Excellent , j’avais peur que l’acidité de la framboise soit agressive mais c’est au contraire assez doux du coup hyper agréable à boire
