用了義大利的莊園葡萄，同時喝了原廠葡萄酒跟啤酒，莊園的酒有水感的酒體跟明顯的單寧，略帶硫味，葡萄酒就普普，啤酒就好喝到飛起來，溫和的果香和甜味，厲害的酒。

金色、澄清度一般。香氣的酸香與葡萄氣味豐沛、帶少許果乾感清晰。入口口感輕盈、碳酸中等、酸韻高且帶少許單寧感。核心風味的紅酒感清洗、甚至帶些莓果果醬與發酵酒的聯想，後續主軸為發酵酸香、果感、動物性的騷味輕盈。後續主軸為輕度乳酸與木質、收尾乾，尾韻主軸為紅葡萄與酵母本身的發酵特徵

Oh mon dieu que c'est bon, nez vineux et acétique, bouche finalement assez douce. Bien sec au final une tuerie !

Fruitig, druiven. Iets van een pepertje in de droge afdronk. Zeer smakelijk. Laatste fles dus we hadden mazzel. Mag ook wel op deze gedenkwaardige dag🥳.
