Sour Saturday at Bottlecraft with True Lambic samplers. Cantillon Gueuze is still the Lambic benchmark. Light funky, fruity with a mellow tart finish.

Champagne-like nose but thoroughly funky. Silky, dry, rich, almost briney at the end. Apple and pickle flavors but with a fascinating texture. Crisp, direct, and somehow still velvetey smooth.
