Sour Saturday at Bottlecraft with True Lambic samplers. Cantillon Gueuze is still the Lambic benchmark. Light funky, fruity with a mellow tart finish.

La finesa en birra, de aroma complejo, frutado, peras, manzana, hay algo salvaje, madera vainilla, en boca esto se repite, burbujeante y de final tremendamente seco. Increible. Todo bien. Tomarla de barril en argentina, delirio.

I thought getting stung by a stingray is an appropriate occasion to pop this bad boi open. Lovely as always, shared the bottle with isabel overlooking the bay after an eventful afternoon.

Unlike any beer, not just sour, that I’ve tried before. Sour Belgian Champagne comes to mind when trying to describe this.

Helt utrolig flot øl. Balancen var ud over det sædvanlige. Masser af gang i den, og laaang eftersmag, samtidig med at øllet buldrede ved det mindste snif. En sand fornøjelse. Næsten lidt mælk. Og så lidt let spicy. Måske fad?
