Very balanced. Slight sweetness that cover sourness. Strong White grapes flavors

Very nice; very funky with a light fortified wine presence, leather and oak. Mild earthiness.

Definitely better as it got hazier at the bottom of the bottle. Lesson learned there.

Bottled 6 April 2020. Vinous, dry, white wine, orange and slightly funky. Feels more like a white wine than a lambic in a good way.

Full vinsanto flavors. Dried grapes, spiciness, vinous, phenolic, liquor, sweet wine. Less complex than b1 and b2, but more balance, more stability. Fizziness medium to high. Dry a lot.

Toujours dans le finesse, super notes animales, cuir, musc, brett+. Belle longueur et acidité. Quelques aspects fruités, mais discret. Agrumes. 4,3
