A sea buckthorn lambic is really exotic. But I was expecting more sourness in this, I feel this has been diluted somehow

Definitely better than on tap, as expected. Less skunk on the nose. This is really smooth, low acidity, soft sea buckthorn. Hosteling in style. May 2021.

Bottled 10 May 2021. Super musty/funky Cantillon nose, some tart fruit. Spruced up and lively, lightly funky, lemon and stone fruit, wet hay and faint cork. Delicious.

Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon C’était en fût alors je sais pas trop quoi tick. C’était rough je me rappelle. Y était temps de partir mettons 😅. Grosse journée de gros fun (qui n’était pas fini wait for it)

Now this definitely smells and tastes of sea buckthorn! Lovely, not too acidic, and that warmth in the middle.
