Low carb and natural sweetness, tons of fruit and low acid. In an upside-down world, at least we can still rely on cantillon to make great beer.

Sweet apricot nose that conveys equally as prominently on the palate👌 Typical in acidity for the style. Grateful to share fresh Cantillon with my boo, Mitch C. 🥰

Incredible apricot nose and just no acidity, peach is still present, perhaps it even masks the underlying lambic funk, but just so smoooove

Heaps tart, heaps of pith. Plenty of stone fruit, and lots of dried apricot body. Most of this sour is fruit sour, which I dig. Real nice amount of fruit. Solid. Should have this alongside some abri.

Sweet and tart, cheesy funky peachy, and hint of barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a tart and funky hint of peach finish. Great!
