For me the slight winner. 4.6 or so - you can really tell the quality of fruit from 2020. Super ripe peach/apricot nectar, orchard, flat white peaches. Interesting to see how this ages in about 6 months!

Tons of fresh green floral apricots. I can't get over how soft and magical the carb is, fresh Fou is best!!

Second bottle I have from this beer - 6 months older. Much more balanced, but sweet linger, more apricot taste !

Apricot is the first thing you feel in a natural way with a lot of depth. Then when it dissipates come the bretty/funky notes. All of that is wrapped in a very enjoyable acidic coat, that remains in your mouth for a bit.

Absolutely beautiful juicy apricot aroma! And it opens more and more in glass. Very fruity, juicy and well balanced taste. Hints of sulphur in aftertaste. Very good blend, but aroma is phenomenal!

God it's so good. Each sip is a taste of summer, warm, fresh apricot flesh and skin mingle with oak and warm summer grain. Gentle acidity and sourness, so soft. Ugh.

N'ayant jamais bu de Fou'foune j'apprécie beaucoup la fraîcheur fruitée rafraîchissante de ce jeune lambic. 0 funk avant d'ajouter les levures à mon verre, pas surprenant vu l'âge de la bouteille. Curieux de voir l'évolution de ma 2019.

Takie utleniono - miodowo - morelowe, ale morelki klasa, słodkie, soczyste, trochę się jednak dzikość ulotniła i został taki soczek, 4,2, s: słodkie, morelowe, lekko papierowe na finiszu, bez dzikości, lekki kwasek na finiszu, brakuje już pazurka, 4,0 ov.

Very fresh and refreshing. Apricot is more present in flavor than 2019's fresh batch, but this beer usually shines after a year of aging in the bottle. 4.35
