Definitely not ready yet, just started refermenting and it's basically (delicious) sweet apricot nectar right now. Still, not as bold on the fruit as 2019,more on the discrete side, a bit like 2017 when it came out.

Unbelievable. Fresh peach and apricot juice. Almost no funk.

Aroma is very apricot forward, almost in a jammy, artificial way. Initial aroma is bright and spritzy. There a touch of acidity and funk. Mouthfeel is light and soft. Finish is acidic with slight funk. Enjoyable but lacking complexity.

Super jammy, not enough yoghurt lactic flavour to give it the full five. Amazing as ever.

An early (delayed) Zwanze day finds new expressions of instant classics; ordure (again!) made flesh, as rotten fruits return to the earth as maggots tear at its flesh; apricots need no introduction--they only await the funk of older age; acetic intarsia.

Flowery aromas of apricot peel & ghostly acetic feeling. I can detect fruit sweetness just during a milisec. Afer that, a medium but very long tart mouthfeel brings apricot stone flavors & a hint of that fruit's flesh to end up fairly dry.

Dit is echt heel erg lekker. Super zacht. Mooie perzik smaak. Zoet en goed zuur. Vooral de laatste slokken hebben veel perzik geur en smaak

nose gets nice Stone fruit, barnyard funk. Flavors full of apricot, mild sourness.

Very soft, fruity and balanced. Not too much oakiness but drinks beautifully smooth. Still one of my favorite cantillon.

Pours hazy with a creamy mouthfeel, loads of fruit, funky, slightly bitter and dry. Tasty new batch! Bottled Aug 13th.
