Jammy apricots, with a softly acidic tartness and A surprisingly complex funk, for it’s young age. Light tannins, and touch of white wine peeking through in the finish for me. Excellent!

I’m just such a huge fan! Funky peach jam 😍 feels less sour than the other lambics today. Beautiful structure.

Smoother than I expected, very light funky notes, strong apricot taste and aroma, tart and lemony, dry finish.

Nose is juicy apricots and tart grape skins. Runny apricot syrup, sweet and smooth fades to a tannic, acidulated green apple skin and cider vinegar like smash. Pickering, zippy and gorgeous. Warming oak characters. Sweet lactic zing. Musty corky finish.

Un sirop/oasis un petit peu étrange. Et en bouche c'est toujours étrange, très doux, avec de la mâche et du sirop de fruit jaunes. À voir plus tard

Magical. Definitely one of my favorite Cantillions. Apricot overload (and I love me some apricot). Quite sweet and subtly tart. Some wood.

Apricots and Cantillon can't go wrong. Mild in funkiness compared to some super funky sours, mid-high acidity, excellent overall balance.

Swetness in aroma. Apricots in taste. Maybe little to acidic at the beginning but later it faded away (or I got used to it).

Whoa, massive amounts of apricot juice, this is probably the freshest I've had this. Funkiness is nicely in the background, quite different compared to an aged vintage bottle. Good stuff.

Super juicy mildly funky apricot aroma. Apricot purée, lemon juice, mild funk and oak. Medium tart, sweet and body. Juicy sour fruit candy finish. Balanced, fresh and quaffable.
