Such a lovely beer. Fresh apricot, slightly floral, hints of vanilla, light funk that is chalky, very lightly salty, and with pomelo. Soft medium-light mouthfeel and low acidity. I’d love to see a more farmy funk develop but don’t let the fruit disappear!

Oi. This is awesome. Most fresh I’ve ever had Fou. Bottled late August. Waves of juicy stone fruit, bright apricot-skin acidity. Soft Brussels funk. Direct from the source, a la their Autumn Pack. Slow poured in new Cantillon “magnifico” glass.

Mycket smak av aprikos. Hint av träfat. Lite funky. Mycket bra, om än inte lika bra som tidigare.

Probably my favourite FF. The apricot is super fresh and the funk is just right. Great balance of fruit/sour. Almost as good as a 450n slush.

BL z 10.11. Niby bardzo owocowy, jednak '18 pity przy Zwanze bardziej wrył mi się w pamięć, przynajmniej jeśli chodzi o aromat. Super balans, kwasku w punkt, może nieco dzika brakuje. Na pewno bardziej siadło niż ubiegłoroczny. Hazy edition

Beer 3231 - fantastic lambic. Smooth & apricot. Fizzy & balanced. Slight sourness. Slight dryness. Overall, banging! Sorry 🤣🤣

FLN. Beter dan de 2019 uit fles, nog steeds geen schim van '18 on draft. Desalniettemin prima Fou.

W aroma morelki, dzikie, bardzo przyjemne, otwiera się z czasem. W ustach kwaskowe, słodkie lekko od owoców, morele mocne, dzikuskowe, cierpkie. Bardzo smaczne

Fresh fou is really nice after two drainpours. This is definitely on the heavy carb side for cantillon, but it dissipates pretty quickly.
