August 5th 2020 batch. Fantastic fresh funky apricot lambic. One of my favorite batches.

Wait for a while and take a zip. Extreamly good flavors. Floral, Apricot

The Fresher, the better. There’s literally nothing I would change about this beer. And for that reason alone, it deserves (in my humble opinion) a perfect score. And nothing less. Probably my favorite Lambic of all time, maybe my favorite beer of all time

Already perfection in a bottle, and maybe even better on draft. Cheers!

Yep, still my favorite beer of all time. Fun to have a super fresh bottle, bottled Aug 2020. Apricot jam is in your face but on the swallow you get more of the nuanced funk. Nice and dry finish, perfect acidity, you can’t go wrong. Lucked into this bottle

Fou is always a 5. Like snacking on apricot fruit jerky in a barn. 🍑🍾

When you drop by to do a front of the house beer exchange and the boys step out in 20 degree weather to hand you a zinger. Have a great birthday, J!

Delicious, acidity is not high, apricot flavor is outstanding, the entrance is very smooth.

What can I say! Ridiculous bday treat from last Friday! Thanks for sharing Beached W.!

God it's so good. Each sip is a taste of summer, warm, fresh apricot flesh and skin mingle with oak and warm summer grain. Gentle acidity and sourness, so soft. Ugh.

Tons of fresh green floral apricots. I can't get over how soft and magical the carb is, fresh Fou is best!!

Desert island status. 2020 is tasting very nice 6 months after bottling.

VDay dinner. Best batch of Fou I’ve had. So fresh, bold flavor and super balanced.

Easiest 5 ever. Such a balance between sweet fresh Apricot, stonefruity funk, lacy head, cloudy body. God damn, get me a beer better than this....

Fy faen! Så god balanse mellom aprikos, syrlighet og fat med en kontrollert funk.

This beer is phenomenal. So much apricot. This might be the fruitiest bottle I've opened. Happy birthday to my wife!

#1000 Nose is sour and loaded with apricots, hints of earthy brett funk and woody notes. Bright acidity to start followed by lots of apricots, earthy brett funk, woody apricot pits and oak barrels to balance, high carb draws out the lovely flavour

I would give this a 7 if I could. So much going on in this beer. Light and fruity, dry on the finish and the apricots have a creamsicle vibe. My favorite cantillon to date.

Cheers for this one, Miles! Lots of apricot. Lots of funk. Lots of oak. It strangely went up and down depending on how far into the beer I went. Definitely deserved of the title of one of the best beers in the world.

Zum finalen Absch(l)uss gibt es eines der am meisten gehyptesten Biere von der Lambic Brauerei schlechthin: Cantillon! Das Bier ist mit 300g/l BergeronAprikosen gelagert worden. Sieht ultra murky aus - New England TIPA? Einfach ein super juicy Look! Es
