A bit too old tasting. Fruit has dropped off, residual apricot seed bitterness present.

Super bien vieillie, y a pas a dire le lambic ça se bonnifie avec les années. Funky et brett dominantes, confiture d'abricots plus en retrait mis bien agréable, super longueur et acidité bien marquée

Bijna 2 jaar geleden dat ik de 2020 op heb. Toen nog erg zuur, nu vooral heel fruitig. Goed moment om deze weer een keer te drinken.

The older these Foufoune become, the drier they seem to be. Or it's this particular vintage. But it's really funky, almost cheese like and super dry. Apricot is still very present but without any sweetness more fruity.

A monster stone fruit benchmark. Huge peach/apricot purée. Fresh and pungent. Rustic, acidic. Tamed aggressiveness. A beautiful juice. Lil' sweet. Low-medium bodied, silky, smooth, crispy, mineral. Farm, barn, hay. Vegetal. Extremely impressive. Amazing.

Avec le fond brassé c'était EXCELLENT ça samedi. Les abricots ressortaient super bien et c'était loin d'être trop acide. Vraiment nickel

Plus acide que dans mon souvenir. Le fruit est surtout présent au départ. Le fond de bouteille amène un beau sucre.
