Super tasty, cheesy, funky, but the apricot flavor came out more as it warmed up.

Hazy golden color. Apricot, plum with elderflower, hay, straw, wood like characters. Strong elegant tartness, mild sweetness, no bitterness. Strong carbonation, medium body. Apricot like aftertastes. Excellent!

Fou' Foune is a tough beer to beat. Always a wonderful fruit foray combined with bright acidity to make a beer that's bound to make your day better.

This really took me by surprise as it warmed, apricot really starts to come out. Almost as good as the first time i had this Belgium.

If I wanted to order a sour. This is textbook sour. Just. A sour. Nothing crazy nothing boring. Just. Nice basic sour.

I would rate this a 6 if I could. I’ve had Fou’ Foune before on draft, and so picking this out of the lineup was a no brainer. A beer that truly ages masterfully and gracefully. The subtle hints of apricot and vanilla could make a grown man cry.

Very sour lambic with lovely apricot. I got a sort of cantaloupe/melon note and some floral like rose hip on the finish. Really lovely.

Didn’t love it…softness of apricots there but some oxidation and zero acidity. On to the next lambic…

19 Aug 2020. Nose is bretty and apricot forward, still has some richness and sweetness from the fruit. Clean sweet finish
