nez: abricot fruité, legerement le lambic; bouche: attaque avec une acidite tres douce et agréable puis le cote fruité de l'abricot. La longueur est bonne, final fruite et legerement acide, quel plaisir 😁

I’m just such a huge fan! Funky peach jam 😍 feels less sour than the other lambics today. Beautiful structure.

Fantastic, even better than last years! Where the 2019 was on the fruity side this years edition has a better balance and even a tad more sourness. Loads of apricot in the nose. The flavour is a treat! Lovely!

Fresh fou is really nice after two drainpours. This is definitely on the heavy carb side for cantillon, but it dissipates pretty quickly.

Best vintage in a long time. Finally has that early 2010 really bright fruit again. Delicate funk, lower acidity than recent vintages, too. Posited perfectly with Thanksgiving dinner, think this is going to be a new tradition. 4.8

The freshest Lambic I have ever had. Just as good fresh as aged, but a slightly less funkiness to it. Apricot jumps way out. Thanks Patrick
