Best vintage in a long time. Finally has that early 2010 really bright fruit again. Delicate funk, lower acidity than recent vintages, too. Posited perfectly with Thanksgiving dinner, think this is going to be a new tradition. 4.8

This is a treat for Thanksgiving. I believe fresh Fou is best Fou, and the bright fruit character on this bottle gives me no reason to think otherwise.

Doftar lite svavel och funk. Väldigt mycket aprikos, syra, skarp och fräsch. Inte fått det där djupet och komplexitet en än, men redan väldigt god!

Doftar funk & svavel. Känner aprikossmaken mycket mer än i tidigare årgångar, får den ligga i 1-2 år till blir det en 5:a! 😍

Super mineral and herbal version of Foune. Fresh and aromatic peaches. Little vanilla, some wood. Easy to drink.

That tops all previously released bottles from 2017 onwards. Epic balance, fruit forward but with decent complexity beneath.

Celebratory beer. OK fruit characters but they don't come through fully and bit sharper tartness compared to the best vintages...
