Trains cancelled so in BMT, yay. The aroma reminds me of quite artificial gummy bears, interesting but not my favourite. Low sourness and not really getting any peach. Was looking forward to this one for years and slightly disappointed to be honest.

今回の樽は酸味強めであまりフルーティさは無いな。樽としては11月にファボリで飲んだものと同じロットでの輸入品らしいが、この2ヶ月位でここまで変わるのか。吃驚だなあ。ランビックとしてはこちらの方が好みかなあ。 キャップの表記からは22年の8月18日(13or16？)詰め日のもののよう。そういう意味では、樽詰めからは結構時間経っているな。偶然変化が激しい時期？それとも状態の差？もしかして、詰め日違う？疑惑。

March 25, 2015 Tap@Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen - (2012 Vintage) Aroma and taste is prominent apricot, with some citric lemony notes, sour fruity, with some floral notes, high carbonation, nice mouthfeel with a dry finish. Very nice indeed.

Bright fresh acidity and Brett character. Bags of fresh fruit on the nose. The apricot really softens out and gives a creaminess to the beer despite being dry. Absolutely love it

If you’re looking for a fruited lambic, it’s hard to top a fresh Fou!! That said, I like mine with some age on it so that beautiful Cantillon lambic has more of a chance to shine. Still, can’t complain!🍻

Saison 2023: More fruity than the previous one. Bubbles and jam taste is making a unique mouth feel. Lambic notes still there. Apricot is clearly there, more than the previous two seasons. Lambic is not hidden tho. Very well Balanced, clean and long

Secondo da sinistra. Profumi funky a manetta, legno e cuoio, acidità gentilissima e morbida morbida così come è morbido il mouthfeel. Il fruttato di albicocca è intenso ma ben amalgamato con il resto, in un equilibrio quasi perfetto. Bomba
