1st beer of the day, & part of the 3 beers you get with a brewery tour that my buddy Lambic Rich done for me & lucky was a little freebie 😉. This was fresh out of the barrel this morning 🤯

Smooth rich and winey with a light tartness. A nice treat as I don't get a chance to drink to this kind of Lambic too often

Straight from the barrel; soft & delicate on the nose, tannins, tart apples, oxidized lemons, mild malty sweetness, a touch of herbs, subtle sulphur; Tast: pleasant tannic structure, good levels of tart & sour but not puckering or acetic, tart wine

Lekker fruitig, mooie complexiteit en met een lekker zuurtje. Beter dan een grand cru bruoscella. En nu nen hoop kweeperen op smijten!
