Smells like the elevators on the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising memorial day. Tastes great, but still makes you think

Such a fantastic sour. So balanced. Just the right amount of tart fruit and a bit of funk. Deliciously drinkable.

Starts off quite acidic, but the palate quickly adjusts leaving room for an enticing sweet floral profile along with apples, orange and a subtle funk. Pronounced and pleasantly presented flavour profile that marries the sour, fruity and sweet

Crisp sourness, still quite light and a bit fruity/flowery. Also it is relatively dry snd tart. Slight impression of oak, that rounds it all up. Have to love it!

Little break on a late sunday afternoon. Not an usual Cantillon but still so enjoyable! Nice woody side on nose, herbal and floral in mouth. Perfect sourness. Hops hint. Controled bitterness all along. Dry finish and tart aftertaste. Great one obviously.

Great tartness up front, kinda reminds me of putting some sugar on a lemon wedge. Big rich mouthfeel makes the quick pop of tartness mellow but you can still feel the tingle on the back of your tongue. Great balance.

Hitting the cellar tonight. 🇺🇸 2014 vintage. This is great. Depth of Brett in this is impressive. Funky, tart and tangy. Hint of brine. Pale malt really sets this apart from other Cantillon lambic.
