Nose is brimming with fragrance, cherry and almonds are melded perfectly. Tons of carb, settles on the tongue. Drinks with some funk but it’s in a perfect place. Enjoyed in the correct setting. Let’s go!

Holy shit, this is marvelous. Outstanding taste of Schaerbeekse cherries in all its shape: dried, macerated, fresh, almonds from stone. Lambic is huge too. Intense. Longlasting. Tart. Delicious. Elegance is a silky dress. 4.70

First pairing with trout. Excellent choice and aging. This one is still marvelous on cherries. Meat, almonds, stone, old lambic taste that had a stunning marriage with fruit. Dusty, tart, longlasting. 4.70

Outstanding. This is right now in a glorious shape, and even grows with warming. Pulpy and vivid cherries, cinnamon all over, smoothness is so deep. Also perfect pairing with its dish (decent even with the added entrée 😅). 4.7
