LCI. Verwachtingen uiteraard heel hoog maar toch beetje op de honger blijven zitten, wat wss vooral te maken heeft met de leeftijd. Kersensmaak is duidelijk minder tov vers en verliest hierdoor ook wat body

Dries wou graag eens een magnum kraken bij Cantillon✔. Maf dat hij erg wisselend smaakte... het verschil hals-"romp" was groot. Lange, diepe en ronde smaak die zeer lang en aangenaam bleef hangen met een enorme droogte op het einde.

Served in a magnum. Pretty outstanding. Super balanced and mellow, but still a strong cherry flavour. A suggestion of vanilla, but not too much. Some nice dusty funk to balance all the fruit. Wow!

Magnum édition. Œil : rouge, col fin. Nez : cerises, puissants, notes d’amandes douces. Bouche : acidité très légère, cerises, notes boisés, léger amandes. Superbe mais on sent qu’elle n’est plus au top de sa jeunesse.
