Je suis (normalement) craintif sur ce genre de type de bière... Et bien énorme surprise. Délice. La betterave ressort super bien, un vrai régal.

This is a very interesting beer! It's a genuine sour beer which at first reminded me of hibiscus. As I started to indulge in to the beer a bit more I could really taste the beetroot with its subtle sweetness. The aftertaste is tremendously sour!

Barbabietola - lambic 1-0. Poco acida, molto rotonda e molto terrosa. Forse un po' di acidità in più avrebbe aiutato. Mi sembra ben fatta ma decisamente non è per me.

Aroomis mullane peet - minu "lemmik".Peet on tugevalt esil ja mitte Pühaste beetboxile omases marjases võtmes,vaid mullases ja kergelt väävlises vormis.Natuke tsitrust ka.Mnjah,raske on. Üllatavalt tugev karbo ka. Aitäh Harri! Teist klaasi ei soovi.

Great dinner paired w/ this surprising lambic. Nose is moist, almost moldy, earthy beetroot w/ a faint funky edge. Beetroot through & through, moist earth, followed suit by a flash of sulphur & a long, dry, roasty bitterness.

Ben geen grote fan van rode biet, maar deze combinatie is erg geslaagd : rode biet in neus en mond met droge aardse afdronk.

¿Pero esto tenía remolacha? Quitando el color, y puede que por no dominar mucho el estilo, encontré en esta cerveza el perfil clásico de una lámbica: asidrada, ácida. Me supo rica, como casi todo lo que he probado de Cantillon.

Segundo asalto. Pues sí que había remolacha, sí. Tal vez esperaba dulzor, pero siendo una lambic, es más bien remolacha encurtida. Anonadado me hallo. Y rica, eh.
