I can’t really describe this. The closest reference I have is deGarde’ The Qi b1. Super funky, blue cheese, but nicely rounded.

Great bottle cork was pristine. I’m a bigger fan of mamouche than most but to me this was excellent for 10yr old. Low acid, no green pepper

Mamouche always reminds me of pickle juice although with this much age it’s more of a dill and some dirt.
