Classic Gueuze. Bubbly, sour, tart. Worth the price tag and the saving (“conditioning”) in the beer fridge

⚽️ 2/15/19 bottle. Flint, bright citrus, minerals, loon bugs, funky hallertau hops, lemonade, and oak.

Beautiful beer. Light, oakey start then full on apricot with a constant clean, crisp finish. Thanks Jerry J. for the birthday beer share today!!

The only way to serve Cantillon is using the traditional Belgian shoe technique.

A gorgeous flavour profile leaning heavily on the Oak barrel infusion. Sublime.

aanvankelijk mild , met uitgesproken zure afdronk. Zalig !

Bel équilibre entre acétique et rondeur (légère), vineuse, notes boisées. Pur régal

2019 vintage. Crisp acidity, medium-bodied, funky and nicy hoppy. Notes of orange zest, nectarines and crabapple

2019. 5.5% toujours aussi délicieuse. Peche, citron, finale bien citrique 😍

0.25l, for a treat. New one on me. It is extremely smooth. More carbonation and sweetness than the straight Lambic but thinner and more refined than the straight Gueuze. If it didn't cost so much I'd recommend this one as an in to lambic beers.
