Pamplemousse, orange. Un peu fromagée. Acidité citrique. Pas la plus typique des Cantillon, mais c'est quand même très bon!

Agréablement surpris. Bulle d’une finesse exceptionnelle. Funk bien balancé avec note de sésame grillé, de barrique et de pain au levain. Peu acide, très balancé. Très sèche.

Dry, slightly acidic but with a lovely balanced funk to it. A proper celebration beer!

Lime, light ferruginous vinegary scent, cianide -peach stone- aromas. Tart, sulphury lime flavour; soot, welding spark, faint tannic grape skin...

What a wonderful lambic. Peaches and lots of funk almost vinegar-ish. Candied sugars with a lovely hop profile coz of the dry hopping. Makes me pucker but I'm thoroughly enjoying this

I love the hops used in Gilloise. Dry and funky. Not managed to get this one before. I know back in 2012 when I had my first lambic as I began my sour and spontan adventures I was on to something I would have to find more of.

Wonderfully tart, quite dry, and a nice crispness. Another fantastic one from Cantillon, never seen this one before.

Overripe peach, mint, floral dill, earth, mushroom, funk. Madness. I’m not even a big mint fan, but that fresh herbal touch is doing it for me here.

It is absolutely stunning. The flavour is so beautiful and balanced. Have this with cheese!
