Druiven in bier: geniaal! Mooie zachte zuurheid en druiven komen mooi gebalanceerd door. Wel veel melkzuur, anders 4.5

Encore très tannique ça reste excellent avec une belle matière comme sur un bon rouge des notes fruite et boisée c'est top sur le rouget au boudin

Deep red grape, spicy, more wine than funk on nose *and* flavor upfront. Minimal bite on finish - standard issue Cantillon texture and linger. Really, really digging it.

Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon. J’ai adoré celle là. Un beau tart mais qui est soutenu par les raisins tanniques, beaucoup de mûres/raisins, gros corps sans être trop astreignant.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Very heavy on the grapes with plenty of black currant and black cherries but still the lama box manages to pierce through. Truly a wine and lambic hybrid and utterly delicious!

Bien meilleure que le souvenir que j'ai de la 2015. Des fruits et des tannins plus fondus, et beaucoup de poivre noir. Vraiment intéressante.

Still tasting a bit young in comparison with Zelige/Nuit b1. Better than when I tried it fresh a couple years ago though.
