Druiven in bier: geniaal! Mooie zachte zuurheid en druiven komen mooi gebalanceerd door. Wel veel melkzuur, anders 4.5

Thought this had way more carb before but maybe it’s just my shitty memory. It’s a top wine/lambic hybrid.

Igen en meget dejlig drue og fylde. Savner lidt mere karbonering og kompleksitet, hvis den skulle have højere karakter

Less popin' than 2015 but what a blast tho 🥰 Dang vinous, tannins, fruity, funky goodness, that pairing with a.m.a.z.i.n.g boudin & perfectly cooked rouget, real delish 👌 Bottled 03.12.2019

Tart balanced, dry finish, slight bitterness, mellow grape profile, notes of black currant. Nice

Deep red grape, spicy, more wine than funk on nose *and* flavor upfront. Minimal bite on finish - standard issue Cantillon texture and linger. Really, really digging it.

Round 7. Berry fruity, nice depth of flavour. The wine was pretty decent also.

Beer #7 during today’s “Into the Wine” tasting conducted by Moeder Lambic & Cantillon in Salle Ogivale at Hotel de Ville on Grand Place in Brussels. What an amazing experience!

Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon. J’ai adoré celle là. Un beau tart mais qui est soutenu par les raisins tanniques, beaucoup de mûres/raisins, gros corps sans être trop astreignant.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Very heavy on the grapes with plenty of black currant and black cherries but still the lama box manages to pierce through. Truly a wine and lambic hybrid and utterly delicious!

Very well done. Seems a little young for the depth of flavor achieved in the previous bottling

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Another bottle to really dive deep into this marvellous blend. Last beer of an extremely long day though so uncertain how deep we got 😅

Bien meilleure que le souvenir que j'ai de la 2015. Des fruits et des tannins plus fondus, et beaucoup de poivre noir. Vraiment intéressante.

Iets minder vineus dan de Piacere, maar vol rode druiven. Fruitigheid ten top. Ingetogen zuurtje.

Still tasting a bit young in comparison with Zelige/Nuit b1. Better than when I tried it fresh a couple years ago though.
