#9999. It's been quite a journey. Some stellar beers, some less than stellar beers and I've learned a lot along the way. This has the color of rubies, hints of oak, and Bordeaux grapes, smooth texture.

Très axé sur le pinot noir et le reglisse, nose is plumbs, mouth is grappy and tart, amazing red winey finish, love it ❤️

Still yesterday. Near perfection. Marriage between wine and beer. Jammy, sweet, balanced with the grand cru base with funk and sourness that's unmatched. Cheers to zwanze day!
