2021 Edition, not the best flat Lambic I've had, their Gueuze is in my opinion the better choice since the carbonation helps the flavors or the Oude Lambiek from De Cam.

Part of my older son’s Xmas present from his sister’s trip to France and Belgium. Straight from the brewery. Nice and tart. Just this side of dry. Clean tasting.

Well well, might be drinking this a bit too fresh but I'm loving the oaky notes, nice deep colour, hints of citrus with a tart finish #12BeersOfXmas

3 года выдержки в дубе. Пены и газации нет. Аромат уже посерьёзнее, с характером 😀 Много жухлой травы, сено, лимон с кожурой, кислые яблоки и скотный двор уже тут как тут. Вкус насыщенный, интересный, винный, терпковатый, с долгим послевкусием 👌
