The nose is soft and sweet, with strawberries and other berries (light raspberry and blackberry). The palate is fresh and tart, with underripe fresh fruit, some citrus, and light wine notes. Red berries again, strawberries, red wine. Really good.

Hoge verwachtingen zijn overtroffen. De kleur allereerst is prachtig. Mooi zuur, lekker fruitig, de honingbessen komen denk ik goed door en nog wat floraals. Zou dat de kamperfoelie kunnen zijn? In ieder geval echt mega goed.

Deep purple/red beer. Soft carbonation. Very fruity (red fruit, berries). Sweet fruity with tarth funky and bretty notes. Great fruited lambic.

Solo domed this at the loon factory January 20 waiting for the missus to get there. She’d had to hissy fit at the Eurostar check in to get let through after a late train to London. Anyhoo it’s a great bev. Fruity bubblegum to fuck.

Odeur fruitée (baie, fruit des bois) et floral. A l'aveugle, on ne citerais pas forcément une bière acide. En bouche, fruité acidulé. Pour une Cantillon, l'acidité est plutôt légère. Finale sèche, voire astringente (peau des fruits?). Gratte haut de gorge
