Never had a blue honeysuckle beer before. So it turns to taste like a blackberry with a herbal edge to me. Beer has a tannic, persistent woody sourness reminiscent of that of red fruit seeds. Leaves an oily mouthfeel behind. Odd.

Batch 2 für zwanzee day, slipper fresh on the tannins, bright fruit flavors, very precise, a very good red lambic.

I have no idea what a honeyberry tastes like, but I'll assume this is really faithful to the ol' honeyberry flavour. It's very nice.

#Zwanze 2020 Turns out I like honeyberries! Slight Heather honey taste (could be subliminal), fresh berries, a little tartness.

Nie mam pojecia co to za owoce, podobno wiciokrzew. Pachnie bardzo jak borówka z lekką nutką miętową. Kwasnosc srednia, kontra slodkawa. Fajne. Niestety nie jest funky, a byloby mega ciekawe, tak to 4.1

15. Good lambic. Tart. Will have to try those haskap berries as in beer I haven't taste any (even small) resemblance to raspberries.

Blackberries jam. Blackcurrants and raspberries. Spicy. Tart. Some acid. Wood. Bitter straws.
