Nez de pet, avec l'oxygène c'est pas mal mieux, on dirait drôlement une bière aux groseilles ou à l'aronia. Pas la Saint-Lamvinus que je connais.

Very young. I was already convinced that bottles of St. Lam should rest for at least four years before being opened, and this one is no different. Still very good, already a bit funky, but not approaching perfection like the best cellared bottles do.

Earthy, wet undergrowth, vegetable and fruity aromas. Young and vibrant. Forest fruit flavors, vinous, fruit compote, vanilla.

По цвету вино-вином Пахнет так, будто немытыми неделю ногами мешали чан со всяким... По вкусу не сильно сухо, сладость хочет прорваться - но обрывается, кислинка сдержанная для ламбика Послевкусие ожидаемо сладкое, с нотами винограда

I love how every time I have a Cantillon it just perfectly defines what I think a sour should be. This one is no different. Light malt bill leads to tart vinous notes before smoothly funky but dry finish. Acidity is spot on to heighten the fruit flavor

17 december 2020 Damn this is a great vintage for this! Fantastic combination of wine grape and Lambic acidity. Dry and full bodied red wine grapes, complete with tart skin and peppery seeds/pits, Brill ant layers of oak and acidity from the Wine BAing
