Lovely foam that keeps comming, lovely huge carbonation. Slight late bitternes, old hops, dry but a lactic sweetness at the end. Oaky AF! Sulfur finish.

Delightful beer. It's sour, but you still feel the cereal at the end (imo)

After a year it has lost some acidity gained some hay-ish funk and roundness.

Oj, jakie to dobre jest. Prościutka historia - lekko kwaśne, zrównoważone, trochę serka, piwnicy, drewienka. Bardzo smaczne, zbytnio się nie skupiałem, bo piło się tak przyjemnie, że szkoda było psuć efekt jakimś birgicznym biadoleniem.

Funky, Dirty, sour, pamplemousse. Première expérience et mon palais n'était pas formé, je crois que ce serait plus haut sinon. Très complexe. Jeanne a spotté que ça sentait le kombucha que je faisais avec les levures du grand maître Yannick D. !

Funky, dirty tasting with some citrus. Good clarity and carb. Pleasant overall but not my favourite gueuze.
