De vlierbloesem was een verrassing. Iets wat ik buiten mijn smaakprofiel zou plaatsen. Maar de nieuwsgierigheid overwon. Verrassend lekker. Gedronken bij botteldatum +1 jaar.

Drank 26/5/2022. À droite, toujours ce ptit côté green avec cette bière, un genre d’amertume de piment, mais ça se boit bien!

Still my favorite Cantillon! Impressive depth, roundness, and balance. Moderate acidity. Leathery, yeasty, oakey, floral, earthy and nutty flavors leading to a delicate, lingering, tannic, dry & peppery finish. Strong vinous vibe! Soooo good! 🤤
