자두 같은 프루티함이 엄청나게 또렷하게 올라옴. 향에서도 맛에서도. 새콤달콤하고 살짝 떫은 맛이 마무리에 나기는 하는데 진하지는 않음. 음용성 좋게해주는 정도로만. 너무 빨리 마셔서 문제일정도로 음용성이 좋은.

C’est très cher mais c’est d’une finesse remarquable, fermier, doux, avec le cognac en fond, du lourd !

Bryggd 2016, lagrad på fat till 2020 och nu avnjuten till fullo. Otroligt bra suröl med så fina komplexa toner och smaker ❤️
