A little rough around the edges. Barnyard and musty funk with a strong cognac barrel sweetness. Enjoyable but not at the level as Armagnac batch was fresh

Recent vintage...mild funky nose with some sweeter notes to pair up with the aforementioned... flavor profile is semi-sweet cognac upfront with a nice balanced lambic taking prominence. Medium bodied with a lighter effervescence. Solid. 4.2

Aromat no tak cienko, octowe, bardzo lekko funky, kwaskowe. Smak lepiej, ocet. Po chwili skóra, siano, więcej octu, kwaśność mocna ale krótka. Owockow mało, raczej w szlachetne, lekkie drewno i ocet

More acetic and flatter carbonation than what I remember from my last couple of bottles. Maybe this bottle was a bit off, as the cork was wet under the cap. 🤔

What a banger. Definitely you taste the sweet notes of the cognac barrels. I’m glad I brought all my lambics from NL to PT to share with my Portuguese friends!

More cantillon lemon-geuzey-funk thank spirit barrel. Definitely letting my bottles develop a little longer. Quite sweet and acidic at the same time.

Nose is fairly modest. The blast comes in the palate, as it exudes notes of dried herbs and flowers. What stands out is a leathery and thicker body than your usual Cantillon, adding depth with dried citrics and a long funky finish with olives and hay.

Estonesta hecho para beberlo en Bruselas pero no vamos a desaprovechar esta oportunidad. El cuerpo es bastante mas grueso que las otras Cantillon y con un perfil más fino y lleno de flores y hierbas de campo.

Erg lekker, de cognac is duidelijk aanwezig en erg aangenaam. Mooi gebalanceerd, smaken komen mooi in combinatie naar voren.
