2019 cork but bottles in 2020 🤷♂️ Initially i get tons of barrel. wet old wood, vanilla, fortified wine, bit boozy even. Low on carbonation as is normal with Cantillon. Fun bottle that can probably go for a long time

Na start męcząco alkoholowe, po odstaniu na szczęście mniej. Imo ostra tanina, może delikatne motywy destylatowe i takie mokre drewniane, jakieś też serowe pleśniowe. Takie o, ciekawe, ale nie będę o nim śnił i wspominał latami

Quite possibly one of the best Cantillons I’ve ever had; slight smoke, extreme funk, delicious cognac and sooo smooth!!

BL 4.65! Super elegant & harmonious.. Light sweetness, perfect just below medium acidity & a soft woodsy funk.. Cognac & mellow white wine vibes.. A sprinkle of minerality.. A dash of baked lemons & a touch of semi dried apricots..

Je baisse ma note légèrement versus l'autre version que j'avais bue. C'est vraiment une proposition inusité. Pas trop d'acidité. Le cognac s'exprime délicatement.
