Zeer lekker, zacht, Geuze, smaak van cognac minder. In de geur vooral garnaalkroketten en broodje bakpao

Geur is zeer subtiel, ook de cognac komt er zachtjes door, komt met elke slok wel iets meer op de voorgrond. Heel lekker, maar net iets betere herinneringen aan de armagnac versie.

Alweer een toppertje. Lekkere geuze met subtiele cognac toetsen die eerder op de achtergrond liggen maar wel mooi bijdragen aan het karakter. Verre van zo in your face als de eerdere armagnac versie, dus zal velen meer bevallen

Lots of oak and lemon followed by vanilla and dried fruits. Sour with some sweetness at the finish. Very nice

Horse blanket, straw, oaky fresh apple & grape skin with that beautiful, warming cognac finish. Poured flat but a beauty nevertheless. God Jul & Gott Nytt ar!

The barrel’s presence varies from slight to noticeable both in smell and taste. The base lambic itself does not disappoint

A little rough around the edges. Barnyard and musty funk with a strong cognac barrel sweetness. Enjoyable but not at the level as Armagnac batch was fresh

Recent vintage...mild funky nose with some sweeter notes to pair up with the aforementioned... flavor profile is semi-sweet cognac upfront with a nice balanced lambic taking prominence. Medium bodied with a lighter effervescence. Solid. 4.2

Aromat no tak cienko, octowe, bardzo lekko funky, kwaskowe. Smak lepiej, ocet. Po chwili skóra, siano, więcej octu, kwaśność mocna ale krótka. Owockow mało, raczej w szlachetne, lekkie drewno i ocet
