A fun beer to drink, a bit much at the start. But it then plays out it's true profile, tart and slightly sweet in the aftertaste.

Still, this might be the ”worst” vintage of Fou’ Foune. It’s still well and good, but the apricot is subtle as hell.

À l'aveugle j'avais dis pêche mais c'était abricot. Très surette. J'aurais pas pu dire que c'etait une Cantillon. Les fruits sont un peu disparus après 5 ans.

4.35/5 nice acidic tart flavors. Light sweetness with fruity notes.

Good but falls off for me completely. Not sure what is wrong with this vintage. Yes more apricot but super tart! Definitely a year by year thing.

Fruitey nose, less fruity in the flavour. Medium sourness level and funk. Pairs perfectly with some old manchego 24months

This was unreal, a major whiff of apricot to the face. Acidic, funky, and overwhelming tart.
